• Once a token or top-up is issued, it is considered delivered and non-refundable.

5. Billing & Usage

All consumption data shown on Utility Smart systems is based on meter readings.
Usage charges, tariffs, and TOU rates may be updated by municipalities, utility providers, or regulatory authorities without prior notice.

6. Warranty & Liability

Meters carry manufacturer warranties according to their specific terms.
Utility Smart is not liable for:

• Damages caused by incorrect installation or external power incidents
• Losses due to user negligence, meter tampering, or unauthorised access
• Service interruptions resulting from third-party systems or infrastructure

Service turnaround times may vary based on issue severity, location, and availability of technicians.

8. Privacy

Utility Smart collects and stores user data for system registration, billing, and support.
